COVID-19 Retail Store Tour Insights

Retail Store Tours in a poll conducted today with senior global retail executives found the following:

90% identified safety as the most important factor to get shoppers to return to the store
70% are in the process of working on a training plan for their employees
70% are opening stores in the next 30 days
70% have incorporated social spacing into their store design
60% are somewhat prepared for the store opening
40% have a communication plan to encourage the shoppers return to stores
